The faculty is also working on improving its management so that it can better synchronise its rules and socialise.
Gemala Anjani, the head of the Department of Nutritional Sciences, added that it’s important to encourage lecturers to publish scientific papers as the main author or correspondent every year to improve KPI achievement. She also said that increasing on-time graduation and student achievements at the national and international levels is a major focus.
This workshop covered not only how to evaluate KPIs but also how to improve them in the future. The evaluation will help us develop the department better, so we can offer a better quality of higher education in the Department of Nutritional Sciences. To help us with this, we also had a speaker who gave us some ideas about managing the department. The material was delivered by Prof. Dr. Wiwandari Handayani, ST, MT, MPS, who is the Head of the Department of Urban Regional Planning at FT Undip. From this presentation, the Department of Nutritional Sciences learned a lot about what the Department of Urban Regional Planning has been doing. This will be useful for the development of the Department of Nutritional Sciences in the future.
On top of that, the workshop included some fun games and sports activities. This helps build a closer relationship between lecturers, lecturers and education staff, and between education staff. It’s expected to have a positive effect on the work atmosphere and work productivity.
