The program extended beyond the lecture series, including workshops on scientific article writing, research, and collaborations in education. With this initiative, the Faculty of Medicine UNDIP aims to strengthen its international networks and enhance the quality of both education and research at the institution.

Beyond providing valuable insights into the discussed topics, the event opened opportunities for international collaboration in the fields of nutrition, sports health, and elderly care nutrition. This guest lecture not only benefited participants academically but also has the potential to drive innovation and progress in protein research and muscle health, particularly concerning athletes, the elderly, and the general adult population in Indonesia.
